A few notes on the sanitization and safety measures we’re taking at Chi Chi to ensure your safety and well-being.

  • Reservation’s only, to give us better control of seating and avoid creating too much of a line at entrance
  • Guest Temperatures Checked at Front Desk
  • Single Use Menus will be used throughout the day
  • High touch areas constantly disinfected by a public areas assistant
  • Guests will need to be wearing masks until seated
  • Tables and surfaces will be disinfected between each use
  • Staff will be wearing masks at all times and ensure that all guest do the same when not at the table
  • Signage will be on all areas to explain capacity limits, restrooms usage, elevator usage, social distancing and masks protocol
  • Indoor seating not available, signage will be placed on all indoor tables and seating areas
  • Bar counter will not be available for direct service, table and lounge service only
  • Limiting maximum number of guests for a table to 6
  • Extensive training of all staff during the week prior to reopening on all additional protocols
  • Very limited seating (about 50% of capacity) to not only ensure social distancing but also to put guests’ minds at ease and allow them to enjoy the more elevated experience we’ve created
