A few notes on the sanitization and safety measures we’re taking at Chi Chi to ensure your safety and well-being.
Reservation’s only, to give us better control of seating and avoid creating too much of a line at entrance
Guest Temperatures Checked at Front Desk
Single Use Menus will be used throughout the day
High touch areas constantly disinfected by a public areas assistant
Guests will need to be wearing masks until seated
Tables and surfaces will be disinfected between each use
Staff will be wearing masks at all times and ensure that all guest do the same when not at the table
Signage will be on all areas to explain capacity limits, restrooms usage, elevator usage, social distancing and masks protocol
Indoor seating not available, signage will be placed on all indoor tables and seating areas
Bar counter will not be available for direct service, table and lounge service only
Limiting maximum number of guests for a table to 6
Extensive training of all staff during the week prior to reopening on all additional protocols
Very limited seating (about 50% of capacity) to not only ensure social distancing but also to put guests’ minds at ease and allow them to enjoy the more elevated experience we’ve created
