Alex Fregoso is the culinary force behind dining at Avalon Hotel and Bungalows in Palm Springs — a professional Culinary Institute graduate with over a decade of experience in restaurants around the world, including coveted apprenticeships with celebrity Chefs Gordon Ramsay and Iron Chef Morimoto. In Los Angeles, Alex was previously the Chef de Cuisine at Calabra, Santa Monica Proper’s one-of-a-kind rooftop restaurant in addition to working at the London Hotel West Hollywood and the iconic Beverly Hills Hotel. We’re honored to have his vision in front of Avalon Hotel and Bungalows, serving an eclectic menu of healthy California creations, inspired by his love of traveling the world.
